This is the process for working with the Mind Tonic Collective.

Step 1: Call Dean on 07976 703153 or send your short brief requirements outlining the problem as you see it by email along with your timings.

Step 2: We will check availability of the individual members then present back to you the credentials of the individuals available that are willing, able and capable to work on the project along with their day rates.

Step 3: We will offer you some tailored collective combinations, based on those individual members’ strengths, experience and skills.

Step 4. You can then choose how many and which members of the collective you would like to help solve your problem.

Step 5: A recommended structured programme will be created called the Mind Map along with a timing plan, dates for workshops, research and an investment proposal.

Step 6: The Mind Tonic Collective are appointed. The project team members are recruited, and NDA’s signed by all individuals participating.

Step 7: The final brief is written and agreed and The Mind Tonic Collective independently work through the Mind Map creating ideas and solutions then presents back its recommendations.

Step 8: The Mind Tonic Collective delivers agreed outputs i.e. final product brief, brand brief and / or design brief or other to be confirmed.

Step 9: You accept the recommendations and brief your internal or external teams to execute or ask the Mind Tonic to help find you suitable 3^rd party delivery partners.

Renumeration Options

Day Rate for the specialist leaders and the supporting collective
Fixed project fee based on agreed scope of works
Profit Share / On-Going Royalty / Commission on Sales / Equity on brand value
