We believe it’s a little more than that, the entrepreneurs’ mindset is one of courage, persistence, resilience, adaptability, curiosity, collaboration, focus, the desire to learn, and the willingness to take action. Most importantly, they have a growth mindset as well as imagination and vision.
This means they are able to see a category with a completely different attitude and perspective; they have a relentless inquisitiveness to uncover raw insight; have the strength and skill to be stimulated cross category and the power to move quickly from creative ideas to quick/cost effective experiments through to realisation.
The Mind Tonic Collective of entrepreneurs believe in their ability to succeed. They believe in themselves and in their ideas. They look for opportunities where others see only obstacles and thrive on being held accountable for their actions.

Lucy has a background in Food Product Development within retail & manufacturing, her specialties are Free From, Ready Meals, Desserts & Yoghurt. Lucy is currently the Co-Founder of Little Bandits and was previously the owner of Pudology the first to market chilled free from desserts brand in 2012
Helenor and Michael Rogers
Co-Founders of Eat Troo – Gut Healthy Goodness based in Folkestone. Helenor is always keen to inspire, motivate and make a difference. She previously worked for Unilever and United Biscuits. Michael is also a digital media specialist with over 10 years experience.
James Dawson
Yorkshire based James is the founder at TEA+ Vitamin infused teas who successfully achieved investment on Dragons Den from Tej Lavani partnering with Vitabiotics. James is also a start up business consultant and was recently a 2020 Yorkshire startup loans ambassador.
